This 1:1 coaching program supports you to reconnect with yourself to live a full, healthy life where you excel in all aspects.

My aim is to reduce your stress and support you to sustainably prevent burnout, exhaustion, and the serious symptoms, illnesses and diseases that come from chronic stress.


We will work together to increase your self awareness, compassion, and love by finding out what inspires and drives you, what gives you energy and joy. Stress reduction tools and techniques will be included in this structured program so you can find what worrks best for you and apply them for life.

While the program is structured, it is completely customizable to your needs. We can focus solely on mindfullness and improving your quality of life or go beyond that and work through a career, life, physical and or mental health goal(s).

Burnout is a state of mental and or physical exhaustion due to long term stress and or anxiety. It can be due to career related stress, but usually it goes deeper than that.


It is more than just feeling overwhelmed. You might be finding it much more difficult to remember things, experiencing more pain in your body than usual, having frequent heart palpitations, sound and light sensitivity, or perhaps feeling angry, inpatient, and frustrated at all kinds of situations and people! Finding joy in daily life is difficult, you are just trying to survive the day, maybe even the minute.

Burnout is serious.


If left untreated, burnout can cause depression, heart attacks, stroke, liver disease, and more life threatening conditions. Often times when you reach the point of burnout, the signs have been there for awhile but in life, we are taught to ignore pain and discomfort, push harder, get more done, when in reality what you need when you are feeling burnt out is to rest.

This coaching program supports you to sustainably heal from burnout through reconnecting with your body and mind through physical and mental exercises. However, this program requires commitment.


You didn’t reach the point of burnout overnight and you won’t be able to recover overnight. In fact, you might get worse before you get better. When you start the resting and recovery process, your body will finally feel safe to feel what it has been feeling all along.


The program also will support you to build skills and utilize tools to advocate for health services as well as additional support at your workplace, should you decide to pursue these options.

How do we get started?

Free consultation

The first priority of the meeting is to get to know each other and see if we "vibe" - it is okay if during or after the call we don't feel we are a good match, coaching requires two way trust and it is important for us to click. The second priority is to discuss what your goals are, which program/service interests you and is the best fit, and what you envision coaching to look like - as well as a preliminary proposal from me!

Your customized proposal

After we have met, if you decide you are still interested, I will follow up with your customized proposal in the form of a coaching agreement, which includes a detailed coaching plan tailored to what we have discussed during our consultation call as well as a price quote and payment details.

Payment and scheduling

Once payment has been made (or first payment if on a payment schedule), I will share the link to book your sessions (unless you specified that you want me to determine the time/dates), some pre-work, and any access codes for meditation, mindfullness, and yoga.
